They said it couldn't be done, but The Daily Show has beaten NBC Nightly News in the ratings, and by "ratings" I mean a softball game. Monday night, Jon Stewart led his team to a 12 share over Brian Williams and the NBC Nightly News gang, who only nabbed a 2 share in the coveted runs demographic.
