It's time for another Open Mic Challenge. The theme of this one is Best of the Web, so upload your best stand-up bits about teh innernetz (Take my Goatse. Please!), and if your video generates the most LOLs, you could find yourself on Comedy Central IRL. Here's Kristen Schaal with more details.
