Concussions are funny. Everybody knows that. It's #3 on the list of hard and fast comedy rules right after #1 Queefs > Farts and #2 Don't Talk About Fight Club and right before #4 Fight Club References Will Still Be Funny in 2009. So obviously when Conan O'Brien and Andy Richter sit down and have a chat about Conan's seriously pretty scary on-set accident, we're all in for some world-class yuk-em-ups.

After the jump, Stephen Colbert sends out his best wishes and body-image issues to Conan.
