Obviously, times are tough. Jobs are scarce for the growing number of unemployed, and if you do have a job, it's impossible to feel secure. I mean, for you. I'm a blogger for a basic cable comedy network; there's no job more recession-proof than that. In fact, along with dirt-soup manufacturers and suicide supply merchants, comedy blogging was the only industry to thrive throughout the Great Depression.
