Due to my strong personal convictions, I wish to stress that this post in no way endorses a belief in the occult. Oh, wait, the opposite. Halloween is tomorrow and in honor of my dark lord (commercialism), I am raising awareness of the most important (and second most commercialized) holiday by gathering the scariest, the spookiest and the screepiest (I needed another "s" word for alliteration purposes so I made up a new one) internet videos around.

Did someone say Michael McDonald? Here is my favorite Halloween video ever, of all time.

It's no trick, that video was a treat! I'm being informed that my blogging license has just been revoked for that joke. But this weekend, I am not playing by man's blogging rules. Take me now, blogging devil!

It's true! Vampires are complicated. Their Facebook page says "It's Complicated." That is how complicated it is being a vampire.

What about werewolves. They are the new vampires, right? Twilight: New Moon? That's a thing, right?

Here's one for the werewolves in the house.

"Where wolf?" "There wolf!" That is a joke I say around werewolves, and they get a big kick out of it.

When I was a kid, the scariest movie in the world was Child's Play. Well, that and Taxi Driver, which I saw when I was way too young. Mental scars!

Anyway, now I don't know why anyone would find a little doll scary (I do still find New York in the 70s quite frightening though). I'm glad our horror movies now are more sophisticated. Like those Saw movies. That little doll is way scarier (not really).

Speaking of horror films, now that I think about it, Michael Meyers in Halloween is basically just Lloyd Dobler in a mask. "In yoooouuuure eyes (which I am holding in my hand because I cut them out of your head)."

You know who is good at Halloween videos? The Onion. Two years in a row they've had winners. Here's the one from last year…
