Daily Show: Mick Foley Pledges Allegiance to 10-Year-Old Gay Rights Advocate
As you've no doubt heard by now, a brave boy in Arkansas has been refusing to recite the Pledge of Allegiance at school, because gays and lesbians are being denied equal rights. And it should come as no surprise that the boy is being harassed at school. After all, this is Arkansas we're talking about. They get mad if you say we come from monkeys, let alone gay monkeys. Well, from here on, if anyone wants to call William Phillips a gaywad, they'll have to get through wrestler Mick Foley first.

In response to AngryCanadian: if you're going to blame someone, blame the Canadian television networks. They prohibit web viewing of most TV shows from US websites as part of their television contracts in order to force Canadians to watch the shows on Canadian channels. It's not Comedy Central's fault. It's the same problem on Hulu and other similar sites.

Mike, there's no way you can claim that you're an independent if you think it's appropriate for someone to say (if effect) "there's no way a liberal would allow a down syndrome baby to be born".
