Ugly Americans premieres this Wednesday after the season premiere ofSouth Park, and in order to celebrate, we've decided to create a list of the ugliest American civil servants. I don't know if you guys knew this, but the the whole donkeys and elephants thing is actually a metaphor for politicians' ugly faces. Let's do this thing!
