Could life get any better? There are attractive, sweaty men running around a field (wassat called? Soccer?) There are birds in the sky. There are Lean Pockets left to be eaten. Well I’m here to tell you it can. Craig Ferguson has been confirmed as the host for Discovery Channel’s 23rd annual Shark Week. I’ll let the cheers and applause subside for a moment. Better? Good.

You read it right, the host of the Late Late Show will be romping through the ocean with sharks. Let’s hope there are even sharks left to film after the oil spill. Womp womp. Enjoy a full week of shark facts, events that inspired the hit movie Jaws, and expert programming to get you closer to these beasts without, y’know, having to leave your Lean Pockets.
