For those unfamiliar with the EFF, they're an organization that protects constitutional rights online. They subscribe to that old adage often attributed to Voltaire, "What you say is FAIL, but I will pwn n00bs FTW your right to say it." Anyway, between talking about guns online and Hitler jokes, Stephen proposed his own internet meme, Beer Cat.
