Steve Martin Has a Twitter! Tony Blair Exclusive Extended Interview from The Daily Show

Everybody loves zombies, right? It's because they're such an effective metaphor. Like in Night of the Living Dead, the zombies are a metaphor for communism. Or in 28 Days Later, the zombies are a metaphor for the soullessness of modern city life. Or in Resident Evil, the zombies are a metaphor for monsters who like eating brains.

So, you know, combining zombies with Futurama is just a fun-sandwich. That's what this dude at The Zombie Nation did. He's created a series of fan art called Futurama Undead. I think it's a metaphor for the encroaching threat of peak oil on developing plutocratic economies in Asia.

Futurama airs Thursdays at 10pm / 9c.
