Usually, I would warn you to steer clear of anything that involved vegans, STDs and marching bands, because that trio is almost always a recipe for disaster. But Louis Katz's new album, If These Balls Could Talk, which covers those topics and more, is a rare exception. Moreover, Doug Stanhope says, "Just buy the fucking CD and shut up." Hard to argue with that.
