The 25th Amendment of the US Constitution defines the rules of Presidential succession, and last month, it turned 44-years-old. Which means, pretty soon, the 25th Amendment is probably going to buy a corvette and divorce the 26th Amendment for the 27th Amendment, who is only 19.
