Time has a new list out featuring Sarah Palin, Apolo Ohno and Lord Voldemort. No, it's not a rundown of people polling better than Mitt Romney for the GOP Presidential nomination. It's a list of the 140 best Twitter feeds. And joining Palin, Ohno and Voldemort are @StephenAtHome and @Hodgman, better known as Stephen Colbert and Daily Show Resident Expert John Hodgman. Twongratulations, guys!

Of course, Stephen's inclusion on the list should come as a surprise to no one. After all, he won Twitter last year.
