While there’s nothing sketchier than waking up in a department store bathtub at 3 a.m. surrounded by ice cubes, SketchFestNYC 2011 comes pretty close.
Join Matt McCarthy as he presents the hottest comedians on the web as part of the Comedy Central Digital Showcase on Friday, June 10 at 10pm. The showcase will feature videos from Sidecar Comedy, The Selwyn Brothers and Rachel Feinstein.
Matt will screen Comedy Central’s new tech talk-show The Download hosted by Jordan Rubin and Molly McAleer. Matt will also host the premiere of Kid Farm, starring Pete Holmes as the father of one of those giganto freakshow TLC families. It’s going to be a good time, so good that you’ll want to start a giganto freakshow TLC family… with Matt McCarthy.
Other highlights of the four-day festival include performances by Kristen Schaal, TJ Miller, and the comedy stylings of Seeder & Lee.
The festival hits New York from Wednesday, June 8 to Saturday, June 11 at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre, 307 W. 26th Street. Festival passes and tickets for individual shows can be purchased online here.
