Just when you think you’re out of Austin, Texas, they pull you back in! I finally wake up with no sign of the South by Southwest hangover, only to see that, this week, Austin’s inaugural Moontower Comedy and Oddity Fest added some more big names to the previously released list of over 40 comedians performing.
Host of Russell Simmons Presents: The Ruckus, JB Smoove, is among the new additions, which also include Wanda Sykes and Laraine Newman. And Nick Offerman will be joining his previously announced Parks and Rec co-star Aziz Ansari at the fest, along with the likes of Hannibal Buress, Maria Bamford, Seth Meyers, and John Mulaney.
Here’s JB last season of The Ruckus:
If you can’t catch JB in Texas, you can preorder his first-ever Comedy Central stand-up special, JB Smoove: That’s How I Dooz It, now, and be one of the first people to get it when the uncensored and extended DVD and digital download drop on Tuesday, April 3.
