When 44% of Americans believe that the world will end in less than 50 years with Christ's 2nd resurrection who the hell can make a difference anyway? Regardless of the idiots, the White House Press Dinner will forever remain one of the funniest things I have ever seen.

This midtacular has sucked. I'm a big fan of both shows but this wasn't a union of the two. Instead, it was The Daily Show and the The Colbert Report in the same order just as usual. The bits weren't as funny, the preparation wasn't there and the correspondents didn't play into it as I hoped they would. Very, very lackluster.
