Writing on BobandDavid.com, Bob Odenkirk reports that tabloid rumors of his botched plastic surgery have been greatly exaggerated:

My doctor, Doctor Franklinstein (Please note the "L", it’s his real name, not a joke, don’t be childish), or as I call him "Doctor Kooky" (his first name is "Kooky"), has assured me that nothing is amiss and everything has gone perfectly according to his three step plan. He explained that he had to move my eyeballs (temporarily) to the palms of my hands so they would be out of the way during the re-brow-ment. He shaved my head and reduced my nose to a nib to tighten the skin in every direction. He purposefully left some surgical sponges in my cranium so they would be there for future retightening work, and he gave me some botulism tonic to drink while I recover from "step one".
