Colbert Misses Monkeys on the Lam

Monkeylam Regular viewers of The Colbert Report are well aware that the show is the premiere source for news about monkeys on the lam. But a dozen patas monkeys went on the lam in Florida recently, and Stephen himself reportedly didn't find out until last night, when members of his studio audience informed him.

I'm going to go ahead and assume these monkeys on the lam will get thorough coverage on The Report next week. Developing...

awesome! my spidey sense must've been up last week-- found myself thinking how long it had been since a monkey on the lam segment, and wondering how it could be that there weren't misbehavin' monkeys somewhere in the world. right on, colbert nation, for letting stephen know. they can't pass up this segment; as monkey on the lam stories go, this one's a beaut. hope they're still evading capture! go, monkeys, go
