All throughout history, there have been heroes, and more often than not, those heroes have been pages, from Greg Lake to Jeffrey Hammond to Chris Squire to 30 Rock's Kenneth Parcell. And while most of those guys are actually prog-rock bassists and not in fact pages, the point remains that the world is a better place with Kenneth in it, as you can plainly see in this exclusive new video:

If you want to learn the art of seduction, you can buy books or attend seminars, or you can just save your money and try one of the many tactics Tracy Morgan claims he used to attract his fiancé in this recent New York Magazine piece:
He proposed within three weeks of a blind date six months ago. "I hypnotized her," Morgan says. "She called me the Black Svengali!" Then, switching stories: "This is what happened: We walked into the club and I went like this"—he lifts up his shirt, grins, and slaps his protruding belly—“and that’s the mating call! It’s dinnertime! Supper’s ready!” Then, another version: "We met at Occupy Wall Street. She was sleeping in one tent, and I was sleeping in the other. I opened up that can of Spam, and she came a-running!"
Better safe than sorry, you should probably go for the hat-trick and use your Spam-filled belly to hypnotize an Occupy Wall Street protestor. Enjoy marriage!
For more Tracy Morgan, read the rest of New York Magazine's profile, and don't miss his New York Comedy Festival show at The Beacon Theater this Friday at 8pm. In the meantime, you can see him in back-to-back episodes of 30 Rock every weeknight at 7/6c on Comedy Central.

If you thought NPR was just a liberal mouthpiece for pushing an insidious, hedonistic agenda bent on eroding the fabric of our culture from the inside out, you're wrong. Just kidding, you are pretty much right for the most part, but NPR is also now the home of The Hidden World of Girls.
Not to be confused with the RedTube video of the same name, this The Hidden World of Girls is a pair of hour-long specials hosted by Tina Fey featuring the funny and poignant stories of diverse women from all over the world. It's great! Here's the first one:
The second installment can be found below. And for more Tina Fey, be sure to tune in to back-to-back episodes of 30 Rock weeknights at 7/6c.

We've all got terrible middle names. Well, except for David Muscles Duchovny (don't look that up, just trust me). But for the rest of us, it's almost like middle names only exist because learning to accept them builds character. With that in mind, Elizabeth Miervaldis Lemon must have character coming out her ears. In this behind-the-scenes 30 Rock video, Tina Fey explains where her alter ego's bizarre handle came from:

If you're in need of advice, you could seek it out from an elder or a clergy-person, or you could send a letter to Dear Abby or Dan Savage. Or you could skip the amateurs and look to the only man with the sage insight to coin the timeless and wise proverb, "Live every week like it's Shark Week": Tracy Jordan. In this exclusive 30 Rock video, Tracy espouses on everything from food to dating.

I don't own a TV. Never have. Personally, I get all of the entertainment I need from vintage stereoscopes and underground skunk fights. But after hearing about all of Tina Fey's favorite shows in this exclusive video, I have to admit, my curiosity is so piqued, I might blow some of my skunk fight winnings on a boob tube.

If you always wanted to know who Tracy Jordan's favorite 18th-century Finnish poet is or what he thinks about dynamic stochastic general equilibrium modeling, you are barking up the wrong tree, you big weirdo. But if you want to know how many pets he has and if he's planning to run for political office in the future, then this is the video for you, you big non-weirdo.
